This video is primarly for teens who are having trouble talking to their parents. It is also helpful for parents with teenagers.

I think the teenage years are the most difficult in life as you make that step from childhood to adulthood, you seek to find where you fit in, and you begin to become your own person.

There needs to be effective, healthy communication between teens and parents as the teenager faces many new problems in life. The video provides some good tips.
